  1. What is the shopping cart?
    The shopping cart, much like the one you might use in a grocery store, is the function of our site that allows you to gather all of the items you would like to purchase into one place and then pay for them all in one transaction.  Our shopping cart will accompany you and will remember all of the items you have added to it as you browse through our online store.

  2. Do I need to do something special to use the shopping cart?
    No. For your convenience, your shopping cart will be automatically created when you add your first item.

  3. How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
    Simply enter a quantity and click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button that corresponds to the item you would like to add.

  4. How do I know an item was added correctly?
    You can view the contents of your cart by clicking ‘SHOPPING CART’ near the top right hand corner of the screen.

  5. How do I see what is in my shopping cart?
    Click on the “SHOPPING CART’ button near the top right hand corner of the screen to view your cart.  This will display the contents of your shopping cart, as well as the controls that allow you to modify its contents.

  6. How do I change the contents of my shopping cart?
    First, click on the ‘SHOPPING CART’ button near the top right hand corner of the screen.  This will display the contents of your shopping cart, as well as the controls that allow you to modify its contents.

    UPDATE ITEM QTY: To change the quantity of an item, type a new quantity and then click the ‘UPDATE CART’ button.
    DELETE AN ITEM: Click the 'DELETE' button next to the item that you wish to remove and your cart will automatically update for you.

  7. Why does the shopping cart not show the entire description of my item(s)?  Is something wrong with my order?
    The shopping cart might abbreviate item descriptions in order to save space on the screen and to speed up the database mechanism that displays your cart contents.  We will have enough information to complete your order accurately with the information it provides.

  8. Is it safe to use my credit card with the shopping cart?
    Absolutely.  Using the latest encryption technology, we secure the connection between your computer and our server during the transmittal of credit card payment information. Hold your cursor over the red C-O-M-O-D-O triangle in the lower right corner of your screen to view our security certificate.

  9. Can I add online items to my order form that are not shown in my brochure?
    At this time, please do NOT add the additional items that you see here on the website to your order form that you received with your brochure.  There are many items listed on the website that are not displayed in the brochure simply because the brochure does not have enough room.  If you see an item online that you would like to purchase, simply add the item to your shopping cart and click 'Checkout Now.'  The item will then be shipped to the address you specify during the checkout process.

  10. What is the shipping status of my order?
    You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account HERE and viewing your Order\Billing History at the bottom of the window. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Generally we ship your order out within a few weeks of receiving it. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, you may also use the Contact Us form.

    NOTE: If your order contains any food products, please see our Shipping Policy on any orders that contain food or chocolate items.
