Your Return Policy

Within 30 days of placing your order, and provided the items are unused, we will provide an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. If you need to return or excahnge an item, please send it back to us at the address below along with a copy of your Order Receipt, indicating what action you would like us to take. Once we receive your item, your exchange ore refund will immediately be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will provide free shipping for your new selection(s). (NOTE: UPS, FedEx, or Certified US Mail is the recommended method due to the fact that the shipping status of your item can be easily tracked online.)
